central hotel stay

helpful staff considerate receptionist really good service
i reserved three rooms for my friends and i after carefully considering many options. the staff proved to be helpful in every interaction. luca and julia at the front desk were especially considerate and accommodating to our needs. jed, the bellman, consistently provided really good service with a positive attitude.
The internal soundproofing was not ideal. I could hear the water pipes.

the location was very nice. the staff were nice and helpful . the room was an excellent size and very clean.
the hotel desk was nice but not super helpful. they offered no help with bags. the breakfast buffet was okay compared to others i've had.
